Welcome friends and enemies to another round of local music visualizations. This installment is short and awesome, but that’s just how we like it. Please enjoy your neighbor’s labors and don’t forget to show your support by catching them live or picking up some sweet merch when the opportunity arises.
May 21st was East Coast Old School night at Rips as The F.U.’s made a stop in Phoenix on their way to Punk Rock Bowling bringing along The Freeze for this stop. Pretty soon we will start calling The Freeze a local band as they have some Valley residents in the band and play here pretty often, but I am not sure Boston would approve. Some one can refresh my memory on how long it has been since The F.U.’s have been to Arizona but I am guessing a pretty long time. The end of May is a great time, for one there is Punk Rock Bowling and two, many of the bands playing make a stop on the way to or on they way back from playing giving us in the Valley a chance to catch some bands that nay not pass through town on a regular basis.
